درباره استاندارد VDI/VDE 2612

Diese Richtlinie dient zur besseren Beurteilung der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit des aktiven Bereichs der Zahnflanke und der Zahnfußrundung. Sie beschränkt sich auf das Tastschnittverfahren, da dieses in der Verzahnungsmesstechnik am häufigsten angewendet wird. Neben diesem Verfahren sind auch andere Verfahren anwendbar, z. B. Rastermikroskopie, Streulichtverfahren und interferenzoptische Methoden.

Die Vergleichbarkeit der Messergebnisse der verschiedenen Verfahren ist nicht sichergestellt. Die Toleranzangaben für die Verzahnungs-Genauigkeitsklassen nach DIN 21771 beinhalten keine Anforderungen an die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit. Bei Bedarf sind diese festzulegen und können gemäß DIN EN ISO 1302 in der Zeichnung eingetragen werden.

Here the computer-aided evaluation of measurements becomes more significance in the modern applications. The standard describes procedures for metrological determination and analysis of tooth-flank deviations and their computer-aided evaluation. The relevant parameters and required methods for measurement of tooth-flank deviations are defined. Also described are appropriate measuring equipment for these applications, as well as computer-aided evaluation.
